Bayern Munich new boys James Rodriguez and Corentin Tolisso make their debuts (PHOTOS)

Bayern Munich have added another domestic trophy to their burgeoning cabinet - although this one is somewhat less prestigious than the Bundesliga.
James is the biggest name to arrive at the Germans this summer in a move from Real Madrid
Bayern successfully defended the pre-season Telekom Cup, beating Werder Bremen 2-0 in the final.
Of more interest to fans, however, was the debut of their marquee summer signing, James Rodriguez, who has joined on a two-year loan from Real Madrid.

James looked like he had settled in quickly, controlling play in the No 10 role during the final, as Thomas Muller and Juan Bernat got the goals.

He had been on the bench for the semi-final match, against Hoffenheim, but seemed relaxed about it as he chatted to team mate David Alaba.
Also making his debut was Corentin Tolisso, the lesser known midfielder who has joined from Lyon for a considerable £35million fee.
The Telekom Cup sees a selection of Bundesliga teams play a knockout tournament in games of just one spell of 45 minutes.

The format means the first goal is crucial, even more so than in a regular length game, and so it proved in the final between Bayern and Bremen.
Muller put the league champions ahead early on, and the win was secured through left-back Bernat following a neat one-two.
